Requested quote on Sunday Morning had a reply within a couple of hours. Engineer survey on Monday, quoted same day and new door Tuesday Engineers were excellent.
Your engineer arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation with our garage door. The problem was dealt with and the engineer even had time to go through all the machinery, lubricating all the parts to prevent future problems. Highly recommended. Dr Martin Meakin
After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning! The engineer was knowledgeable, polite and punctual. He gave constructive advice and suggested possible solutions. Measurements were taken and a quotation received from the office shortly afterwards.
Came out promptly was advised of time etc& inspection carried out and informed of what was needed priced work carried out there and then . Pricey but what can you do.
